Established in 1985, RTD Manufacturing, Inc. has earned an outstanding reputation throughout the manufacturing industry for precision CNC and manual machining. This includes everything from machining high-tolerance details to replacement parts and fixtures. We also specialize in high production parts both short and long runs.     Centrally located in Jackson, Michigan in a new 123,000 sq foot building. Customers throughout the Midwest call on us whenever they need quality work and need it NOW. As a full service machining facility we can perform all functions in house. Our boring mills have a capacity of 96 inches. The CNC department offers wire EDM, high definition waterjet cutting and high definition fineline plasma cutting as well as traditional milling, drilling, boring and turning. Our grinding department provides precision and close tolerance grinding on OD/ID, centerless, blanchard and surface grinders, for parts up to 96 inches. Our engineering staff and inspection facility give us capabilities extending well beyond most companies in the area, from reverse engineering replacement parts, to designing and building machines, fixtures and tooling.

    Our customer's base is as diversified as we are. We provide services to US Department of Defense, Aerospace, Automotive (Both OEM and Aftermarket) Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Food Service bakers, Food Service distributors, State and local Governments, Large and Small Manufactures, Large and Small Rebuilders, Fabricators and even customers off the street.
